We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — hassle-free returns and real warranty support.
Returns Policy
Change of mind or something not quite right? Here's how our returns process works.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Email contact@smartlivingchoice.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's issued.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables, personal care devices, and clearance/final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can send a replacement or full refund right away, at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage
Every product from Smart Living Choice is backed by a manufacturer warranty against defects — here's what's covered.
All smart-home devices and electronics carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Select accessories and non-electronic items carry a 90-day warranty. Warranty length is listed on each product page.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, malfunctioning components, and premature failure under normal household use. If your product stops working as intended within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or use outside of the product's intended purpose.
Email contact@smartlivingchoice.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. Our team will confirm coverage and guide you through repair, replacement, or refund within 2 business days.
